On the PC the paint transparency for buttons doesn't redraw correctly

Description

Only on the PC, the buttons that have semi-transparent paint end up showing some of the text strings from tables in the background of the buttons where it is semi-transparent. This doesn't happen on the Mac, but needs to be fixed for the PC.
