Description

If you tag a run with e.g. Absence, and then use the WRM to search the tags column for "Ab", you don't get any results. "ab" however does work.

Fixed in r22105. Tags column now behaves like the other columns that use text: it's case insensitive. If people want to make WRM search case sensitive, we can open a RFE.
