Description

The Ontology Browser is reused for many fields (Entity, Characteristic, Standard, Protocol, Relationship). Rather than present ALL classes that exist in the active ontologies, we should only show the subclasses of the particular class we are selecting for. Only show Relationship subclasses if that's the field we are currently editing, etc.

Now only the subclasses of the Annotation class being collected are shown in the tree.
Note: this involves regenerating the tree each time (could get expensive with very large ontologies).
