The Ontology Browser is reused for many fields (Entity, Characteristic, Standard, Protocol, Relationship). Rather than present ALL classes that exist in the active ontologies, we should only show the subclasses of the particular class we are selecting for. Only show Relationship subclasses if that's the field we are currently editing, etc.
