Description
When inserting an xml document that was not well formed into the database, the
servlet returned the following error:
fatal processing error
<success>
<docid></docid>
</success>
The error should indicate that the document is not well formed and should not
indicate "success".

this bug is no longer reproducable. It may have been fixed inadvertently.
