Description

Was watching over Margaret's shoulder and we noticed that when two DP windows were open, changes made to one annotation (Column Annotation tab) would show in the other's window. This included ontology class selection and the selected column.

Added a check in the event handler implementations so that they can ignore events that occur in other frames
