Description
In the 8/21/02 conference call, it was agreed that Chad and Peter would create a
sample instance document of EML that encompassed as many features of EML as
possible. This document would be a sort of reference implementation for others
to look at. It will be distributed with eml2.0.

we created a bunch of eml instances (one for each module with a root element).
They are in the 'test' directory and can be validated by running 'ant test'.
Because of time constraints, I don't think that a complete eml instance document
is going to get produced for 2.0.0rc1 unless I get some time to work on it tomorrow.

I added a very simple eml instance document. It could be made more complex in
the future if need be.
