openMorpho says that it will save the eml as eml 2.1.1, but it saved still as 2.0.1

Description
You can reproduce the bug:
1. Open a network copy of the eml 2.0.1, click no when you are asked to upgrade the eml to 2.1.1 during the opening.
2. Save the copy to the local and check the box to upgrade the eml to the latest version.
3. Search and open the saved the local copy, you still are asked to upgrade the eml. So the saving didn't upgrade the eml version.
