Description

In the advanced tab, we should allow editing of:
-Identity Service Provider URL (CILogon)
-CILogon skin
-List of additional IdP URLs that support ECP

Initially we can at least just add theses to the config.xml file and expose them in the UI later. But having them easily editable will be immediately useful for testing.

I've added these to the config.xml file, but not yet in the advanced tab.

I actually can't imagine a normal user editing these cryptic ECP urls. Advanced users can switch to a testing environment by manually editing their config.xml file.
