MetacatUI

Using the ExternalView.js to render a deployed set of the EML spec. Allows us to wrap the mostly-generic EML guide within the metacatUI look and feel.

TODO: determine build/deployment strategy for EML docs.

These docs have their KNB branding removed and are now being built into the emlparser.war file in the EML project (SVN).

To build this war, use the "emlparser_war" target and simply deploy the webapp in Tomcat. MetacatUI then pulls in this "external" content and inherits the style of the container.
