Error logging in to network in Morpho

Description

Tammy Neher was able to create a KNB account online, download and install Morpho, and create a Morpho account. However when in Morpho, she cannot log into the network using the KNB account she created. She's sure it's the right password.

"Hi Sarah,
- I set up the KNB account (ID: tdneher)
- downloaded and installed Morpho
- Gave Morpho profile name: Neher
- received error message "Login failed. Please check Caps lock key and try again'"

can close -- Tammy made her network profile affiliated with MSU by accident when creating her Morpho profile, so the network was not recognizing her account. Made a new profile 'unaffiliated' and it is working.
