Description

jQueryUI / the year slider is interfering with Bootstrap Tooltips somehow. Once I added jQueryUI on the advanced-search branch, tooltips were not working and then when I removed them again the tooltips were back

I replaced jQueryUI with a custom version with only the required functions and the slider feature. This took out the unnecessary features but more importantly the JQueryUI Tooltips, which were interfering with the Bootstrap Tooltips.
