Description

Matt and I were discussing that in the future we would want MetacatUI to use responsive design throughout so that it can be used on mobile devices. We would need to test on different mobile (virtual?) devices of various sizes and platforms.

I paid attention to this in the new SNAP theme so that it looks fairly good on smaller browser widths.
