Description

Instead of skipping the creation altogether. The UI should display "0 data files" and a blank donut chart instead of nothing

  • translation missing: en.field_remaining_hours set to 0.0

A "blank" or "default" donut chart is drawn when results = 0 by drawing one arc of 100% and displaying a 0 count in the middle. Applying a specified 'default' class allows CSS to style as needed
