Useful throughout the app for displaying citations of objects in provenance traces.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- translation missing: en.field_remaining_hours set to 0.0
I created a CitationView instead because I wanted to create the HTML elements to contain and section off the citation, and that kind of rendering should be kept out of the model.
