Description

On KNB on Friday, many metadata docs of formatID http://ns.dataone.org/metadata/schema/onedcx/v1.0 were uploaded by the International Arctic Research Center and they are not displaying in the Metadata View even though there is a successful response from the /views/metacatui service.

The MetadataView was having issues displaying the response using the jQuery .load() function, so it now manually does an AJAX .get() and inserts the HTML via .html(). If the response is only a 

 tag with "Additional Metadata", then the MetadataIndexView is also rendered to provide additional info.

KNB has been updated and those datasets are displaying now.
