vegbranch plants are loaded and ready to go. Lee has evaluated. If Peet wants
to look at VegBranch plants, that'd be great, but assuming he signs off on
vegbank version, the VegBranch version can be populated directly into VegBranch
via VegBAnk ODBC to ensure that it is all exactly the same.

done. 3 different levels of data available in vegbank modules, posted on
vegbank.org/vegdocs/vegbranch/vegbranch.html:

full data : all plots in vegbank, plus all supplemental (excluding usr and
private parties)

example data : a few plots, minimal plants/comms/placeNames, soilTaxa: small
download, faster dealing with vegbank module

data entry : no plots, full supplemental data.

accessionCodes match exactly those on vegbank. rectification should thus be OK
to delay a bit
