Description
Need to have a way for users of VegBank to see who each other are - specifically
who it was that submitted a plot and what their qualifications are. This
includes much information from the user database that the user filled out on
registering or requesting certification.

registry of users exists. When we finally link plots to users in terms of
contributions (really soon), it would be nice to link this information to the
registry of certified users. see

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
