Description
Need to be able to use all possible combinations of inputs when feeding a
pipeline rather than having the user choose. THis lets us generate, for
example, all of the bivariate combinations of numerical variables in a table.

Also, need to be able to choose a subset of the inputs rather than all of them.

You can now select inputs data fields for a single variable and monarch will
iterate across all input data combinations
