merge 1.9.3 change to include karxml 2.1 documents in search/rendering
Add a mapping between kar xml namespace and karxml.xsl.
Added missing "/" from ascii-treeview.xsl path so documents can be viewed in treeview. (Ticket 3176)
Changes to remove ANT tokens for the turnkey install project

paging now works in a more normal manner. also fixed a bug where the last page would display too many results.

added a rudimentary stylesheet to display the actor metadata
