Morpho

Based on discussions with Eric Fegraus --- Currently, Project or Protocol
modules can be added to a package but these modules are always associated
directly with the top level dataset module. There is no way in Morpho to
associate different Project/protocol modules with different entities (i.e.
assign different protocols to different data sets (entities) all stored in the
same package.) Eric had created a package with multiple entities and wanted to
associate protocols with specific data sets.

Note that in eml2, the method subtree has replaced protocol and method(s) can be
placed directly under the dataset element and/or under the datatable entity.
Project is only under the top dataset element, which is probably correct.
(Entities in different projects should probably be described in differnt packages?)
