Description
1) When exporting to a directory, the directory name does not show up by default
when file dialog is first displayed (Windows). (It does with JVM 1.4). This can
cause confusion.
2) EML2 export function just creates an empty file under JVM 1.3, but works OK
with Java 1.4
Reasons for problems currently ubknown.

export code fixed. Statements worked in 1.4 (for some unknown reason!) but
should not have!
