Description
The Data Registry assumes that all the stations mentioned in obfs.cfg have
spatial information given. This is not true. Some of the sites don't have
spatial informaion provided in obfs.cfg. So the fix is to tell the user that
the data registry doesn't know the spatial information for the site he has
choosen and that he should enter the information himself.

Probably error while entering of bugs. Bugs 1172 and 1173 refer to same thing.
