Description

icons in mde should eventually be color code to show different "types" of
document validity.

DTD invalid -> red icon
   Schema/datatype invalid -> yellow icon
   Valid -> green icon

Lowered priority because we might drop MDE and replace it with another editing
solution.

This bug is no longer valid because of architectural changes in Morpho.
