Description
The query created for geographic searches depends on a path set in the code that
uses eml beta6 element names. Consequently, the search will not find any matches
for eml2 documents. We need to dynamically load the search path and set the
default for eml2 and/or emlbeta6.

fixed to dynamically examine config file for path information (for both
taxonomic and geographic searchs).
