create ecology specific pipelines

Description
we need to build more ecology specific pipelines for kepler. these should be
the general text book type models like the lotka-volterra one that we build in
SEV. Rich and Mark had a long list of ones that they wanted to
implement...could you guys please add a list here in bugzilla?
Drawing mainly from Roughgarden (1998) "Primer of Ecological Theory" and
Gotelli (1998) "A Primer of Ecology", additional ecological models include:
Population models:
Logistic models
Age-structured population growth
Community Models:
Lotka-Volterra competition models with 2 and 3 species
Predator-prey models - Lotka-Volterra models with 2 and 3 species
Pred-prey models with resource growth limitation and predator satiation.
Nicholson-Bailey host-parasitoid model
Host-pathogen models
Metapopulation dynamics models (Levins 1970 and extensions)
Ecosystem models:
Niche spacing
Succession
Species-area and island biogeography
Biogeochemical cycles
reassigning to schildhauer because rich is no longer working with us. Dan can
probably work on this too.
