Description
The display and handling of eml2 'references' node in the XML editor is
confusing. Display should automatically look up 'references' (i.e. like a macro)
and show the referenced information. CHOICEs between data and 'references' would
then not be shown in the tree, simplifying display.

unused 'references' nodes are now removed from the display. This does simplify
the visual display considerably.

references are now shown in the subtree display on the right of the editor. Text
is added to indicate that a reference is being displayed and when a reference is
displayed, it cannot be edited. (i.e. user must edit tha actual node being
referenced.)
