Description
we need to add an interface to kepler to deal with querying the ecogrid for data
and services. the interface that was discussed in january at nceas includes
adding a tab to the actor library with ecogrid search criteria. when a search
is complete, the results of the search can be dragged onto the canvas where they
will access the grid on runtime. jing, could you please add your notes from
that meeting to this bug?

In kepler/docs/dev, there are two files ecogridDatasetGUI.jpg and
datatableActor.jpg. They are the pictures we draw for the inteface. Also we
decided adopt search interface in Morpho for query. Moreover, the search
interface should be reconfigurable for different namespace document.
I will continue to work with the design document.

Currently in kepler we already added ecogrid interface to query data and
service. The functionality basiclly works. But the GUI need to be improved. See
bug 1655
