closedgeographic coverage list adds dashes

Description
When I add a new geographic coverage and give it a name (step 10 of 14), The
lat long info is displayed then at the end the name is given but it is preceded
by 5 dashes. This is just kind of bizaar. Maybe there should be two columns
in that list box, one for lat long and the other for the name. The dashes
should be removed.
