Description
The bold text in other steps has a colon after it. this one has a period. I
think the period is better but it should be standardized. In the first
sentence after the bold text, de-capitalize (decapitate?) "Data Package". The
words dataset and data package are intermingled here which is confusing. I'm
not quite sure about the terminology "ethical restrictions" but can't come up
with anything better right now.

Reeves suggests the follwing change:
Please describe Usage Rignts for uour dataset.
Specifically, include any restrictions (scientific,
technical, ethical) to sharing your data within the
public scientific domain.
