Description
i created a package with the wizard which I then saved locally and to metacat.
i closed the package, then reopened it using the "open existing packages" link
in the main screen. now only the local icon is showing and it refuses to
believe the package lives on the server as well as the local disk.

Apparently this bug was fixed when code that incorrectly looked for data in
profile rather than config was corrected.
