when you choose save from the file menu, you are shown a dialog with two check
boxes, save locally and save to network. The text needs to be rewritten to
say: "Please choose where you would like to save the data package." The font
of that text needs to be changed to match the rest of the system font. for
some reason, it is currently being displayed in courier.

When a package already exists in one or both of these locations and you are
simply resaving, the package is already in one or more of those locations so
the check boxes should be checked appropriately. right now, they are both
unchecked when the dialog opens.
