Description
add bold text to intro sentence. The sentence that says "....additional tables
may be added after you create your data package." is confusing because I though
I'd already created the package and I'm just adding data now. maybe it should
say, "additional tables may be added after you finish this wizard" or something
like that. I don't think the sentence that says "required fields are
highlighted" is needed because if you got this far without knowing what the red
text means then you're in trouble.
in the "Define Attribute or Column" dialog, the example for a datatime
precision needs more explanation, i.e. what does "1" represent?

Reeves suggests the following changes to text for this step:
Please provide one or more keywords that describe your dataset.
These will enable other scientists to select your dataset from
the data repository using a keyword-based search. Be sure that
the keywords used are standard scientific terms; for example,
extracted from a scientific keyword thesaraus.
Click the Add button to enter a new keyword. Click the Edit
button to modify an existing keyword entry.
