Description
The first screen of the data package wizard cannot be resized without cutting
off words (making my screen shot of this screen huge compared to the rest which
can be made smaller without cutting off words).
Time cannot be entered in the temporal coverage, although it indicates that it can.

Temporal coverage problem is apparently working in latest version.
Font cutoff during resizing not considered a user problem.
