Description
The current list of organizations that displays in the profile dialog is wrong
(it lists 'NRS' rather than 'UCNRS'). I also discovered that this list is
hardcoded in the code. Proposed solution: move organizations to config.xml so
that users can modify the list.

Fixed as proposed. The "<organization>" element in the config.xml file now
lists all organizations that should be included in the profile dialog box, and
NRS was changed to UCNRS. Update the version # in order to propagate this
config.xml change.
