Build files were modified to allow an instance of Tomcat to be created and
started from within the build process on both Linux/Windows. The build files
were further modified to allow multiple instances (on different ports) of Tomcat
to be created and run. To ensure that the modified build files were working as
expected, the SOAP client tests were executed on RH Fedora Core and MS Windows
XP from within the ant build scripts.
