Description

The RSS feed (http://seek.ecoinformatics.org/rss.rdf) from the wiki site
(http://seek.ecoinformatics.org/) is generating an incorrect URL:

http://lternet-221.lternet.edu:8081/SeekWiki/

This needs to be corrected to properly support the use of RSS feeds from the wiki.

The base URL was not set, so it wasn't really generating any RSS feed. The
incorrect URL is just a part of old data from the last time it was generated a
few months ago. I have set the base URL to enable the RSS feed. The
corrections are in CVS as a part of version SEEK_WEB_2_0_2 but not yet
deployed. FYI deployments of new webapps require administrator access due to
unresolved problems with Tomcat configuration.
