SEEK

As we are developing 'put' service in Ecogrid, we see a need to have a
standalone Ecogrid authentication service which has two operations.
1. login(String username, String password), which returns a sessionId.
2. logout(String sessionId)

The sessionId will be later used by 'put' or 'get'.
