Description

We need a new vegbank machine. PMark has spec'd one out: see
http://vegbank.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=VegBankHardware

Need to BUY then SET UP and INSTALL vegbank, etc. on it.

Then update whatever needs updating so that vegbank.org goes to new machine and
current vegbank machine gets a new name. This current vegbank machine will also
be our backup server in case vegbank.org goes down.

New machine has been ordered by Colby Walsworth.

Machine is bought and @ NCEAS. Colby just installed the 64bit version of Linux
on it. PMark has installed new version of Postgresql and CVS deployed there.
Working on JK on Nov5,2004. QA needed. and new plots added to the DB
