Implement decisions fromthe EML2 workshop in these modules, and document.

Need to resolve redundancy between eml-physical and eml-distribution. Possibly
eliminate eml-distribution and fold the few fields needed from it into another
module (possibly, eml-physical, or eml-resource).

Moved fields from eml-distribution into eml-resource and completely removed the
eml-distribution modules. eml-physical is now a distinct module with no
overlapping fields.
