Almost every time I create a new data package, I have the need to add one or
more citations where more info on the data set can be found, and I would guess
this is the case with most users. Because one has to browse through the tree
editor to find where to put this info, oftentimes the info is not included at
all. It would be great if there were a dpw screen to add this info - the
citation screens used in the taxonomic coverage citations could be used.
