Description

Summarizing the results of multiple GARP calculations will require logical
(AND/OR) and math operations on mutiple grids (occurence prediction grids). WE
may be able to use ImageJ code as the basis of such actors.

Two actors, Grid Reset and MergeGrids can be used to carry out most operations
of interest. I will close this bug and open new ones as needed if specific cases
occur where these actors are insuffient.
