Need view for NatureServe to link to using their UIDs for comms and plants

Description
Then give them this URL so they can link to us
these less critical, though still needed soon
depends on the data actually being in the database.
Leslie needs this ASA our comms are loaded on vegbank
needs statuses not duplicating before can load
data loaded and views exist, and how to cite has been sent to NS. We use url
rewriting to do this: vegbank.org/natureserve/UID
