Description

During our meeting in Santa Barbara, we discussed the need of a new top-level
container framerwork for Morpho. This mainly involves separating out the
framework from the UI for the plugins, and providing some general services
forthe plugins (like HTTPS messaging, options storage/retrieval, etc.) This
framework is dependent on the plugin interface changes we discussed as well.

Completed new framework architecture. Now both plugins and abstract services
are supported.
