Changed milestone for a number of morpho features that will not be able to be
completed by Beta 1 (ESA). Delaying these features to Beta 2.

A version of Morpho Beta1.3 has been created which works under Java 1.1.7 JVM -
separate branch in CVS.
Mainly involved removing new calls specific to Java collections classes. Minor
functionality related to menu accelerators commented out (and ability to save
queries)
Max X not yet tested.

Use a jvm/os detector from system.properties to turn off some code for OS9. Put
up a warning dialog saying they shoud upgrade their Java to 1.3.

JVM/OS system detector and warning implemented. Current 1.3 code tested on Mac
OS 9. A few functions do not work on OS9 (e.g. saved queries in menu) but do not
crash program.
