Description
Older workflows (one built before the kar system was added) should be rebuilt so
that additonal moml data is included. Otherwise, attempts to build kar files
from these workflows will have problems.
This is especially an issue with some of the example RExpression workflows
Note: this may be a problem if someone tries to save part of Ptolemy workflow!

RExpression workflows have been rebuilt so that the actors can be added to the
kar system. Probably need to check all actors at some point; will add new bug if
problems located.
