Description
When user trys to open a workflow which contains a digir actor and the output type of this actor is "as field", user will find link between Digir actor and downstrem actor disconnected if there are cache items for the digir actor. However, if user deletes the cache dir, then user trys to open it and the link will work well.

The bug is after downloading data, it calls configure ports method again. It duplicated calling configure ports method. Now the bug is fixed.
