remove dashes and spaces from case statements, add "forestwoodland"

also update cover codes to round them to values of 6 digits past decimal

"unknown" gf should be "other/unknown" as in the list

Half of this stuff is a problem in the custNPS_intGF12() function

custNPS_intGF12() is updated but needs testing

Cover values now rounded to 6th digit after decimal, fixing the single to double data type bug.

growthForm and rounding now fixed version 1.7
