commit atlas to cvs
SEEK policy is to deposit our software in cvs.ecoinformatics.org. Moreover, we are now considering a collaboration with SERNEC where we would share some development activities making it important that they have access to the code so as to have a better idea what we have really been up to.

Here are some options about the place on the CVS for SEFlora sources.
1. At the root: /seflora
2. In VegBank: /vegbank/seflora
3. In SEEK project: /seek/projects/seflora
4. In SEEK-Taxon group folder: /seek/projects/taxon/seflora
Please let me know where I should check in the seflora codes.
