Description

ecogrid endpoint at 'ecogrid.ecoinformatics.org' not working! Workaround is to replace that endpoint in $Kepler/lib/config.xml with 'knb.ecoinformatics.org'

This seems to solve the problem, but 'ecogrid.ecoinformatics.org' is the default in installed version of Kepler and thus needs to be fixed.

Jing fixed configuration problem so ecoinfo.ecoinformatics.org endpoint works again
